18 U.S.C. § 2257 Compliance Statement

This page describes how we handle age‑verification compliance for content appearing on BNWO.NL PMVs.

Any actual human beings appearing nude or performing sexual acts in images or videos appearing on this website were over the age of 18 at the time those images were recorded, as represented by the original producers and/or the verified platforms from which we sourced the material. Our role: compilations of third‑party content

• We do not film or direct performances. We create compilation/PMV edits that excerpt material previously published by third‑party studios or creators on platforms that require uploader verification.
• Our activities are limited to curation, editing for timing/music, hosting, storage, retrieval, and formatting.
• The original producers remain responsible for performer identity/age documentation for their productions.

Pursuant to 18 U.S.C. § 2257(h) and 28 C.F.R. Part 75:

• We are not the "primary producer" of any visual depiction on this site.
• To the extent any of our compilation activity could be deemed "secondary production," we maintain good‑faith sourcing records as described below.

Commissioned creator clips (not directed/produced by us)

From time to time, we commission independent creators to film clips that may be included in our compilations. In these cases:

• The independent creator plans, films, and controls the shoot. We do not direct, supervise, or otherwise produce the performance.
• The creator is the primary producer and the custodian of any records required under 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75.
• We may obtain written assurances from the creator that all performers are 18+, that the creator maintains 2257‑compliant records, and that we may credit and compile the resulting material.
• For our role (as a potential secondary producer when we host/edit/compile), we keep the sourcing and creator‑assurance details in our internal logs, but we do not hold copies of performer IDs.

Record keeping (what we keep and where)

We are not the 2257 record custodian for third‑party studios or creators and do not hold their government ID copies.

For each clip used in a compilation, we keep internal sourcing logs that include:

• the original source URL(s) and platform,
• the uploader/creator handle as credited on the platform (or the commissioned creator's name/handle),
• the date we verified the source and any relevant notes on platform verification, public age statements, or creator assurances,
• the PMV(s) in which the clip appears.

Storage and retention:

• These logs are stored in a secure cloud database with access restricted to authorized staff/volunteers.
• We retain logs while the PMV remains available on our site and for a reasonable period thereafter for compliance and audit purposes.

2257 inquiries about our internal sourcing logs may be directed to anrekovich@gmail.com. For performer IDs or formal 2257 records, please contact the original producer, platform, or commissioned creator identified in our credits.

Exemption: Content produced by third parties

The operators of this website are not the producers (as that term is used for primary production) of depictions of actual or simulated sexually explicit conduct that appear on this website. Our handling of such material is limited to transmission, storage, retrieval, hosting, editing/formatting, and compilation of content originally produced and published by others. Under 18 U.S.C. § 2257(h)(2)(B)(v) and 47 U.S.C. § 230(c), we reserve the right to remove materials at our discretion, including content that is indecent, obscene, defamatory, or inconsistent with our policies.

Exemption: Any original media by us

If any images we create ourselves appear on the website (e.g., graphics, logos, or SFW footage), they do not depict sexually explicit conduct as defined in 18 U.S.C. § 2256 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75. Such materials are therefore exempt.

Compliance with the Take It Down Act (NCII)

We prohibit non‑consensual intimate imagery (NCII), including AI‑manipulated or deepfake depictions. Consistent with the Take It Down Act:

• We provide a clear mechanism for victims to request removal.
• Upon receipt of a valid takedown notice, we endeavor to remove the identified depiction and any known identical copies within 48 hours.
• Good‑faith reports are welcome; abuse of the process is not.

• Identification of the depiction (URLs, video timestamps, usernames).
• Identification of the individual(s) depicted.
• A good‑faith statement that publication lacked consent.
• Contact information for the victim or authorized representative.

Users are strictly prohibited from uploading or sharing NCII. Violations may result in account termination and referral to law enforcement. No exemption elsewhere on this page applies to NCII.
